Bookkeeper/Administrative Staff
Job Requirements: Must be proficient with Quickbooks Accounting System, Office/Business Management experience preferred. Administrative duties include answering the telephone, monitoring accounts receivable, ability to collect delinquent accounts, assisting with job scheduling, tracking job progress, sales, IFTA, quarterly and yearly tax prep/filling, permitting, Miss Utility calls, excellent customer service skills, willing to learn and take direction, able to multi-task. High School Diploma or GED Required. 3+ years experience in an Administrative position with Quickbooks required. Salary depends on experience and qualifications. Benefits package offered.
