Dimensional Letters - Kenney Signs

Dimensional sign letters and logos offer pop over conventional two-dimensional signs and graphics. These letters can be created using various materials, including acrylic and metal.

Here are some options:

Fabricated Metal Letters: Fabricated letters and logos can be made from stainless steel or aluminum and are often stud mounted to the install surface. A polished mirror finish or brushed finish are the most common, but other finishes are possible including: painting, anodizing, oxidation, chemical etching, etc. These make an excellent non-illuminated option, but the option also exists to halo light these types of letters with LED illumination.
Cast Metal Letters: Manufactured using a casting process to create three-dimensional letters and logos. These letters are made from a variety of metals, including aluminum and bronze, and can be finished in a range of ways to achieve different looks.
Acrylic Dimensional Letters: These letters are lightweight, yet highly durable and available in a wide variety of standard and PMS-matched colors.
PVC Dimensional Letters: Similar to acrylic letters, these letters are CNC machined from PVC sheet. They are lightweight and available in a wide variety of standard colors.
Acrylic Faced Options: For interior mounting, acrylic faced options provide a lightweight and durable solution for signs and letters where a thin top surface of acrylic is laminated to a lighter backer material such as a foam.
Metal Face Letters: These are typically a variation of acrylic or PVC letters with a thin metal laminate applied to the face of acrylic or PVC.
